Snuggle in for a nurturing, nourishing mid-winter half-day retreat.
Begin your morning with a gentle, guided trauma~aware yoga session led by Sarah White from ‘Breathe Yoga Space’. This class is designed to release tension, soothe the mind, and bring you into a calm and centred state. The session is inclusive and accessible for all abilities, with chairs provided.

From here be guided through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation with Anna ‘Yoga Nidrā Sunshine Coast’ YogaArtNidra. This deep resting practice cultivates calm and relaxation, offering space to set heartfelt intentions.

From this blissful state, transition to ‘A Peaceful Paint with Watercolours’ or ‘A Meditative Play with Clay’.

To complete your retreat, enjoy a warming, nourishing lunch lovingly prepared by Ana from Prana Wellness Hub & Café.

We’ll gather for a closing circle before lunch to reflect, connect, and seal the retreat experience.

Early bird $95 per person by 30 June — includes all Art supplies and vegan/vegetarian option catered lunch.
$110 from 01 July (Teenager $55 accompanied by a participating parent/grandparent).
