🌊 SEASIDE SUNDAY – DOXY RUNNERS GO COASTAL 🏃‍♀️🌅 Sunday 17th August, we’re swapping our usual roads for waves and fresh sea air!

📍 Meet outside Bungalow Café – 8AM sharp
🧭 Heading north along the stunning coastline from Sunderland to South Shields
🏃‍♂️ Run as far as you feel – then turn back when you're ready
🥤 Rumour has it... there might be time for a post-run refreshment too!

This replaces our regular Sunday long run – so don’t miss out!
Bring your legs, your mates, and your seaside spirit. Let’s run the coast together 🌬️
