Art Explorers: Drawing and Painting Techniques with Kaitlyn Carey

Join us for a fun and creative art class designed for budding young artists aged 8 to 14, with our resident honest-to-goodness art teacher, Kaitlyn Carey! In this 4-day course, students will build confidence in their drawing and painting skills while exploring shading techniques and improving their observational abilities. We’ll work with a variety of materials including pencil, colored pencil, and paint to create vibrant and expressive artwork.

Each student will receive a full set of art supplies to use and keep, including:

One 30-page sketchbook

A 12-pack of high-quality drawing pencils (ranging from 12B to 4H)

One eraser

One pack of colored pencils

One 8x10 canvas

No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and curiosity!

Price is $100 for four 1.5 hour sessions. Session will be held July 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th from 3pm until 430pm.
