What is Aqua Zumba? Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba dance philosophy with natural water resistance, for one pool party you don't want to miss! In the water, there is less water resistance, so you can really let loose! Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging than on land and helps to tone your muscles.
