Are you ready to be part of something truly meaningful? We’re gathering a group of 10 visionary founding members to co-create a conscious, wellness-based tiny home community—built on shared values, integrity, and sustainable living.
This isn’t a trailer park. And it’s not a temporary commune.
This is a regenerative village, designed with heart, built with purpose, and led by the people who live in it.

As a founding member, you won’t just live here—you’ll shape it. We are co-creating the infrastructure, values, and design of this land-based wellness village from the ground up.
We’re suggesting equal initial contributions from each founding member to secure land, begin infrastructure, and launch the core systems that will support long-term sustainability.
💡 Estimated Start-Up Suggestion (Example Only):
• $100, 0000 per founding member (based on 10 founding members)
• This could provide:
• 30–50 acres of raw or semi-cleared land
• Initial infrastructure: road access, water/electric/septic, solar setup
• Shared structures: wellness studio, outdoor kitchen, composting systems
• Legal and zoning work, and community planning support
These numbers are flexible depending on the property we select, and we’ll decide together.

Offer your gifts, run your business, or collaborate on projects that support our economy and community values.
• Shared Governance
Founding members will co-write the foundational bylaws and community guidelines based on integrity, equality, and transparency.
• Spiritual & Cultural Unity
A Peace Chapel for all paths and practices—meditation, ceremony, reflection, and sacred connection.
• Future Family Section
While the core will be an adult village, a nearby section may grow into a nature-based learning and living zone for families with shared values.
