📅 Draws will be posted Saturday (aiming for by 8 PM). Thanks for your patience as we get everything set up in Charlie Horse!

💸 Please send payment WITH your entry to help us out. Refunds available if you notify us before race day.

📝 Paying for multiple riders or events? Include a clear breakdown in your etransfer notes.

⏰ Late entries/payments after Friday 11:59 PM will be charged a $10 late fee.

🔍 BCBRA members: Ensure you’re a member in all categories you enter. Non-members must pay a $5 fee. Check your membership at https://www.bcbra.com/members-credits-results to avoid delays.

🤠 Both gymkhana and buckle series require full Western dress, including hats or helmets.

🧒 Riders 18 and under must wear a buckled helmet anytime while mounted on our grounds.
