Breathwork & Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of connection, community, and authentic presence surrounded by the beauty of Stewberry Farm. This special outdoor experience invites you to slow down, tune in, and return to yourself through the combined healing modalities of conscious breathwork and immersive sound.

Guided by Lucinda Bibbs, Co-Founder of New Ground Wellness, Registered Therapist, and Certified Breathwork + Cold Facilitator, and Jessica, a skilled Sound Bath Practitioner, you’ll be supported in releasing stress, reconnecting to your body, and remembering what it feels like to be fully alive.

This experience is about coming home to yourself—while in the presence of others. Together, we’ll create space for restoration, vibrancy, and grounded joy.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that helps calm the nervous system, release stuck energy, and access clarity and emotional regulation. Sound healing works to balance the body on a cellular level, using vibration to invite deep rest, openness, and integration.

Expect a fun, heart-centered evening that leaves you feeling refreshed, connected, and realigned.

🌾 Stewberry Farm’s honor system stand will also be open with fresh garlic, honey, berries, and flowers available for purchase. Come early or stay a little after to soak up the farm’s beauty!

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket
• Water
• Anything cozy to help you feel grounded (pillow, eye covering, sweater, blanket etc.)

No experience necessary—just bring your breath and your presence.
