Belgian Beer Class W/ Bobo from Chimay Brewery
Belgian Beer Class with Bobo from Chimay Brewery: June 12th at 6:30pm.

(Red) Premiere
(White) Cinq Cents
(Blue) Grande Reserve
(Green) Cent Cinquainte

Beer training class. We will go through the styles touching on Name, Color, Aroma, Taste, Body, Finish and Typical Glassware.
For taste and aroma we will use a tasting kit as well as food on the charcuterie boards to help as references for tasting notes.
Guests will have a blank tasting sheet with space to write notes (or not) if they would like. We will provide pens etc.
