Summer Series - Yoga at The Station :)

Breaths Before Brews. Flow into summer with an all-levels yoga series at your favorite hometown brewery! This fun and welcoming class is beginner-friendly (encouraged), and designed for everybody with a focus on balance, core strength and connection. Expect a laid-back vibe and a few laughs. Refreshing brews, seltzer and non-alcoholic options waiting for you after class with 15% off your tab.

Just bring your yoga mat and an open mind! Please feel comfortable to bring any additional yoga props like blocks, a yoga strap, meditation eye pillow etc. to make your practice more comfortable for YOU.

Ages 8 and up

Please arrive about ten minutes before class to give yourself time to settle in, space is limited.
