•Restorative yoga is the practice of passive stretching and relaxation, allowing you to switch from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest". Through the support of props (blocks, blankets, pillows, bolsters), bringing the ground to you becomes the focus, providing a calm, safe, relaxing environment for you to fully relax.
•This class will be available online and in-studio. Limited spaces are available, be sure to register so we can hold your spot for you.
•We will journey through the chakras, exploring each location, color, purpose, connection to the physical body and sound associated with each chakra. This will give you the opportunity to feel the difference between when your chakras are "stuck" and when your energy flows freely. This is a beautiful grounding technique.

•All are welcomed. No experience necessary.
•Please be sure to bring your yoga mat, 2 pillows, a blanket and your water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended). If you forget, or need something we will have you covered. Come in your PJ's if you like!
•This class is open to all levels and is highly beneficial if you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and/or physical pain.
