Join the Junction Creek Stewardship Committee for a batty night out as we explore the fascinating world of local bats!
We’ll kick things off with a short talk on the bat species that call our region home, followed by a hands-on demo of acoustic bat detection technology. Then we’ll head into the park for a guided walk to listen for and identify bats in real time using specialized monitoring equipment.
