Join us for Applefest, a celebration of northern Ontario’s apple harvest hosted at Seasons Pharmacy & Culinaria - where food meets medicine. For three years running (2023, 2024, 2025), our festival has celebrated homegrown apples, regenerative agriculture, culinary creativity, community health, and wellness education.
What to Expect:
Apple Tasting & Pressing Stations: Bring your own apples to press and share, or sample delicious local varieties.
Community Connections: Meet local growers, Ron Lewis and Phil Beauchamp of Beautiful Field Farm, and discover food-as-medicine insights.
Wellness Talks & Recipes: Rachelle and programming partners share stories of seasonal eating, nutritional benefits, and tips to include apples in your health routine.
For All Ages: Family‑friendly and free; children’s activities and hands‑on experiences welcome.
Why Attend:
Applefest brings together food lovers, growers, parents, and curious community members. The festival is designed to deepen understanding of local food systems—and to inspire positive food and wellness choices. It’s an inclusive, educational, fun event that bridges local agriculture with pharmacy, cooking, and community health.
FREE! Drop in anytime between 10 and 3 on Saturday.
If YOU have surplus apples, please donate them by dropping them off at Seasons Pharmacy and we will turn them into Cider and other good things for the community!
