✨ Come and join myself and Karen for a 2 hour, deeply nurturing evening in a truly unique venue nestled within the historic grounds of Clare Castle Country Park.

✨ We warmly invite you to create your own cosy nest and be soothed with guided relaxation and the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and other beautiful instruments.
