30 DAYS TO LEVEL UP Yoga Challenge is back!
BE.MOVE.FUEL.
BE- cultivate a new way of being with daily led meditations and inspirational questions to inspire and awaken you.

MOVE- hit your mat daily to cultivate a habit of listening to your body with strength and flexibility.

FUEL- fuel your body and shift your eating habits with daily whole food guidelines and recipes.

They say it takes 30 days to break a habit AND 30 days to create a new habit. In this 30 DAY CHALLENGE you will commit to practice yoga daily, meditate daily and change your eating habits to LEVEL UP your life!

You will be supported through this challenge by your 30 DAY CHALLENGE COACH Allison with weekly meetings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

1. Daily emails

2. Daily meditations delivered to your inbox

3. Daily journal prompts to deepen self inquiry

4. Weekly in person support meetings with Allison

5. Community group support on WhatsApp

6. Guidelines on how to shift your eating to healthier options

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

To hit your mat at the studio everyday, you will need to have an active membership or class pack to use for your studio classes. We recommend levelling up to the Auto Renew Membership for best savings!
