Yin Yoga: A Self Love Story

Join Holly for a Yin Yoga journey designed to soften the heart, calm the mind, and invite openness into every part of you.

🌿 We’ll begin with gentle, supported poses and meditation to release tension and create space within.
📝 After practice, you’ll be guided through simple journaling prompts to capture your reflections and intentions for self-love.
🍵 We’ll close with a mindful tea ceremony, sipping heart-opening rose tea in quiet reflection or shared conversation—grounding you in peace before you return to your day.

No experience is needed—just bring yourself, your favourite mug, and an openness to receive.
The studio will be warm.
