REST + RISE Sacred Support Circles

REST + RISE Sacred Support Circles are for those carrying the weight of grief, burnout, overwhelm, trauma, anxiety, depression, etc, for a time of REST - coming back home to the body through music, breathwork, and meditation we then RISE into wholeness with the love and support of community.

We sit in Sacred Circles, which is an ancient tradition used in every culture throughout history. The circle can hold the weight of our pain. We invite the Divine into communion with us, pulling back the veil between heaven and earth, to bring rest to tired souls.

R+R meets LIVE the 1st + 3rd Wednesdays @ 6pm at *Amor Latino Counseling Center
