Mozzarella Cheese Making

Learn how to make an all time favorite cheese to enjoy with your friends and family. We’ll take milk, rennet and salt and magically turn it into a ball of the freshest mozzarella you’ve ever eaten. We’ll first walk you step by step through the process, You’ll then get to sample the cheese we made right in front of you. You’ll get to make your own cheese with our experienced guidance to take home and enjoy!! All supplies and the recipe is included.
