Chair Yoga at Patriot Hills

Join us for weekly Chair Yoga in the Board Room at Patriot Hills with instructor Lonnie June. Fridays at 10 AM.

Chair Yoga is just Yoga with a prop (the chair). Although it may be especially beneficial for beginners, seniors or those recovering from injuries, it is an excellent practice for anyone at any level. Build strength & balance while learning breath work and mindfulness for body, mind & soul.

Classes are free, however there is a suggested donation of $10 per class. For Stony Point residents only.
