Club45 Stoke is a friendly over-45s football group meeting every Tuesday at 7pm at Stoke Uni.

No trials. No pressure. No need to be “match fit” – just a bunch of lads (and lasses!) who still love the game and the banter.

✅ Fun, friendly 7-a-side format
✅ Open to men & women aged 45+
✅ Great for fitness, laughs, and meeting new mates

How it works:

Turn up with boots/trainers, we’ll sort the teams.

Play for an hour, then head home feeling like a legend.

If you enjoy it, you can come back as pay-as-you-go (£8 per game) or join as a member.
