his course is a perfect starting point for anyone who coordinates and/or supports volunteers in any capacity, or for anyone who would like to start involving volunteers in their organisation.

This course is aimed at covering the basics of volunteer management and therefore, is also suitable as a refresher for anyone already in a volunteer management role.
