Saturday Morning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Yvette & Tim - CHEADLE

We meet every Saturday morning to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We move and breathe and lift our energy.

The first two weeks of the month is a Guided class and the last two weeks are a traditional Mysore Self Practice.

Tim and Yvette alternate weeks to allow you to gain input for both
