✨ Full Moon Rest ✨
Tuesday 10th June | 7:30pm – 8:45pm

Join me on the eve of the Strawberry Full Moon for a grounding, heart-nourishing practice designed to help you slow down, soften & receive.

We’ll move gently through:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Slow Flow into Restorative
Grounding breathwork to connect to your heart.
Gentle hip openers, side stretches, and flowing transitions to honour the cycle of ripening.
Restorative postures to support emotional release and deep rest.

🙏🏼 Closing Body Scan Meditation
A space to release striving and open to the sweetness that is already here.

Affirmation: “I welcome the sweetness of this moment.”
