Monday is over, and you may be feeling tired and unmotivated for the week ahead. This is common, believe me! Come along to this Tuesday morning Sound Bath and take time for you.
Let the vibrations of the instruments wash over you, the sounds lull you into another world, and the moment of calm help you to feel refreshed and energised for the rest of the week.
Sound can help not only your mind to relax, but can help with alleviating aches and pains, slowing your breathing and anxiety, and helping you to feel motivated, and ready to face whatever has been holding you back from moving forward in life.
The spaces will be limited for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
You will require a recliner chair, or yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow. If you don't have one, don't let this put you off, I do have a small supply of yoga mats I can bring with me, so please let me know if you require one.
Time starts 11.30am, and we will finish around 12.30/12.45.
£15pp. £5 deposit required prior to the day.
