Join Sean Delaney, winemaker, owner and vigneron in our intimate Sparkling House and discover the art of handcrafting premium sparkling wine using old-world methods.

Hands-On Session Highlights:

- Discover the history of handcrafted methode traditionale sparkling

- Create your own bottle of premium sparkling wine using old world techniques of hand-disgorging, dosaging, and corking

- Take home your personalized bottle and newfound knowledge and appreciation for traditional winemaking

During the session Sean will share our biodynamic vineyard ethos, our commitment to conservation and sustainability practices, aswell as our sparkling journey, where Sean makes every bottle of sparkling by hand in small batches on site.
