Community Double Digits Yoga is a special offering for our tween and teen friends who feel ready to graduate from Kids! but aren’t yet sure about joining adult classes.

This is free with a suggested love donation amount of $15. To increase or decrease your donation, simply update the price amount yourself. No pressure.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
This beginner-friendly practice is perfect for new tween and teen students. Trying new things can be tough but doing it together in a peer group makes it much easier.

No special clothes are required. It can be nice to have a water bottle. Wear loose, comfortable clothing or something breathable if you do prefer a held in feeling. Socks, even grippy ones, are usually a hassle.

You do not need to buy or bring a yoga mat. We have mats and all equipment you would need to use available for free in our studio.

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your class to stow your shoes, phone, and belongings. We remotely lock our studio doors before class begins. You'll want that time to check in, use the restroom, and find your mat space. Visiting before class or "grounding" taking a restorative posture to begin to withdraw your thoughts is also a BIG part of the experience!
