About the event

Seedling Explorers
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and join an Illinois Extension staff member for mornings at the Sterling Township Community Garden. We'll start the morning with a short guided activity for preschool age youth and then spend some time exploring and working in the garden.

Siblings and families welcome, parents or responsible adult should stay. Be prepared to get your hands dirty. Youth may be exposed to sun, dirt, mud, paint, nature, a lifelong love of gardening, and fun.

No registration required. Come to as many sessions as you can!
