Samtidsdans i utstillingen; "Bodies of Extraction"

Kom og opplev utstillingen vår "Ned i dypet" på en annerledes måte! To studenter ved Universitetet i Stavanger; Johanne Risnes Lerheim og Mathea Nordahl, som begge studerer samtidsdans har laget en forestilling ut fra filmopplevelsen som vises der. Stykket er stedsspesifikt, og ideen til forestillingen oppstod etter et besøk på museet. Den heter «Bodies of Extraction» og er basert på hvordan bevegelser kan utvikles og fremstilles i samspill med video- og annen kunstinstallasjon.
Forestillingen varer i omtrent 30 minutter, er og publikum kan komme og gå som de vil.

Johanne Risnes Lerheim and Mathea Nordahl are two students at the University of Stavanger, studying Contemporary Dance. The piece is sight specific, and the performance idea came from visiting the museum. It is called «Bodies of Extraction» and is based on how movements can develop and be portrayed in correlation to video- and other art installations.
It will last approximately 30 minutes, and the audience is able to come and go as they want.
