What am I? Zen means "meditation", and meditation gives insight into our everyday True Self. Not a religion or theology, or a belief system, or even a philosophy. Zen means a radical self-questioning into the very nature of the most unique power in the universe itself: consciousness. ‘What is the fundamental nature
