New Moon Sound Healing

Join Lori Mitchell for 1 hour of crystal singing bowl sound healing to work through stuck energy in your energy centers.

Also referred to as ‘sound medicine/meditation/journeying/bathing’. Sound healing is founded upon ancient, multicultural practices as well as modern research. Matter vibrates at varying frequencies that can be altered through different sound wave vibrations.

The healing affects the nervous system, which activates healthy parasympathetic engagement, and reduces overdrive. This nervous system activation may slow your breathing, heart rate, and brain waves, which can lead to deep states of relaxation and healing.

Please bring your own blankets and pillows. Sleeping may occur.
