Crowns & Calm: A Mom & Me Mindfulness Event

Join us for a special pre-Mother's Day experience celebrating the beautiful bond between mothers and their children!

Sunday, May 4th, 2025 | 1:00-3:00 PM
Location: Designs by Lee, Stamford

This intimate 2-hour experience is designed to strengthen connections and create lasting memories through mindfulness and creativity. Your afternoon will include:

• Rejuvenating Sound Bath: Begin your journey with a calming sound meditation that relaxes the mind and opens the heart.
• Guided Affirmations: Share moments of gratitude and love through meaningful affirmations with your little one.
• Royal Craft Experience: Create beautiful, personalized crowns together to celebrate the queen in every mom! All materials provided.

This event is perfect for mothers and children ages 5-10. Each ticket includes entry for one mother and one child. Additional children welcome for a reduced fee.

Allergy-friendly chocolates will also be provided.

Price: $48 per mother-child pair
Additional Child: $20 each

What to Bring?

Please bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and water. Think anything you need to feel comfortable.

Photos & Videos

Please inform me prior to the start of the session if you would prefer that you and/or your child not be photographed. Photos and videos may be used for social media in an event recap or future promo materials.

Info: I am happy to take photos of you and your children in your crowns at the end of the session.
