In this Self-Love Saturdays session, we're turning up the volume on self-celebration.

This is your space to pause, reflect, and own everything you bring to the table—with joy, pride, and zero cringe.

Whether it's recognising how far you've come, learning to say "thank you" to a compliment instead of shrinking away, or simply reminding yourself that you are doing enough—this workshop will help you step into your light.

Together we’ll:

• Reflect on your recent wins (big and small) and what they say about you
• Explore what gets in the way of accepting praise and being your own biggest cheerleader
• Learn how to stop brushing off compliments and start letting them land
• Create your Confidence File—a go-to feel-good tool for when you forget how amazing you are
• Discover how celebration leads to more confidence, motivation, and self-trust.

This session is perfect for you if:

• You find it easier to praise others than yourself
• You get awkward when people compliment you or you quickly deflect it
• You’ve achieved things, but don’t feel successful
• You want to feel more proud, powerful and at peace with how far you’ve come
