Meditation class

You are cordially invited to Meditation Stafford's new meditation class, to be held every other Wednesday, 7-8.15pm

This very relaxed and friendly/accessible class will comprise of two meditations and light discussion and guidance, based upon the Eastern philosophies of Zen Buddhism, Taoism, wider Eastern and Indian practices, looking at all aspects from Mudra and Koans, to ideas and philosophy and practical steps towards home practice and the welcome space of an uncluttered mind.

Classes are FREE.
There is a discreet donations box. All monies donated will go to the hire of space for that class. Any excess will then be donated to a local charity, decided upon by the class.

Donations are purely voluntary ... many of us are struggling with the cost of living ... if you cannot afford to donate then please still attend.

In an ever increasingly stressful and random world the practice of meditation and its calming and balancing effect has never been more necessary.
