💧Guided chakra meditations focusing on the Throat and Heart Chakras 🩵💙💚
💧Grounding and energizing activities,to awaken creative flow and enter the relaxed theta state and techniques for creating images intuitively ✨💫
💧Connection, with each other, with nature and with your own creativity and inner voice
💧 Creative time playing and expressing on an A3 peice using paint pencil, ink, collage, acrylic, hands brushes - anything goes!!
💧Oracle Cards as inspiration and guidance
No previous art experience required, just a willingness to join in and get creative!!
