Hatha Yoga Class

Join me (Jo) for an hour of in person Hatha yoga practise in Eccleshall. This yoga class is suitable for abilities.

Hatha Yoga is a lovely deeply nourishing practise which aids with mobility, flexibility, improved mood, immunity, sleep amongst other things!

I am insured to teach any age over 12. Please bring with you warm comfy gym clothes or similar that you can move well in, a mat and water.
