Ceramic Butterfly Workshop

Transform decorative plates into beautiful butterflies

During this 4 hour workshop you will be using techniques adapted from Stained Glass production, you will cut shapes from plates, then foil and solder them together to make a 3D butterfly to hang on your wall or sit on your desk

During this workshop you will learn how to;
Cut and shape from ceramic plates
Smooth edges
Apply copper tape and solder pieces together
Add wire detailing to enhance your design

All materials are supplied and you will get to take your finished butterfly home after the workshop

All ceramic plates have been saved from going into landfill - whilst supporting local charities

Please bring your reading glasses for close work with you and wear closed toe shoes

Refreshments and home made cake will be available during the session

Workshop is £85
To book a £20 deposit is required via paypal
Remainder £65 to be paid in cash on the day of the workshop

Parking near by is available

Workshops take place at my home studio - a maximum of 4 students ensures everyone gets equal access to tools and support throughout the session
