Sacred Shift: Intuitive Movement & Energy Healing Series

Step into a sacred space designed to help you reconnect with your essence. Sacred Shift is a 4-week immersive series that blends intuitive movement, guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki energy, and reflective journaling/art to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and embodied empowerment.

Each week is anchored in a powerful theme—Joy, Balance, Release, and Empowerment—guiding you into a deeper connection with your body, breath, and inner wisdom.

This series is for:
Yoga students, empaths, healers, creatives, and anyone seeking renewal, clarity, and soulful connection. All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome. No previous movement or energy work required.
