Inheritance Fund Info Session

The Inheritance Fund Application is live! Join staff from the City of Saint Paul and Rondo Community Land Trust as they provide an overview of the Rondo Inheritance fund- explaining eligibility requirements, what funding can be used towards, and projected impacts of the first round of funding.

The Inheritance Fund provides interest-free loans for down payment assistance and/or home repairs to descendants of families displaced from Rondo.

If your parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent owned a home that was taken during the displacement, you may be eligible for up to $110,000 in support.
