We can choose how to exchange our energy through every thought, action, and connection.

Sound vibrations effectively clear stagnant energy and restore balance to our energetic field. These frequencies can break up energetic blockages, promoting the flow of vitality and harmony. The experience is designed to release old or stagnant energy. We will also incorporate breathwork and energy tapping to enhance the overall experience
