High heat roasted to medium rare, seasoned to perfection and hand sliced to order. Served with a creamy leak sour cream sauce.
🧀 Cheesy Duchess Potatoes
Yukon gold potatoes blended with cheeses, butter, egg yolk, and seasonings, roasted to perfection.

A different selection and preparation every week.

A rotating selection of fresh desserts served on board.
🥤 Beverages & Souvenir
Soda, coffee, and a souvenir boarding token are included with the ticket purchase.
Coffee and Pepsi products are available at the bar. Boarding token will be given during check-in.
