If you are parking at a meter, the meters are monitored from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Free parking is available for Library customers at the lot at the corner of 15th Street and Olive - just one block west of Central Library. Please call 314-241-2288 to obtain the code to access the parking lot.
