This class is all about fun, freedom, and fierce booty-shaking energy . Whether you’re a total beginner or a dance-floor queen, this is your chance to let loose, laugh, and learn to twerk in a judgment-free zone.

All abilities welcome | Ages 18+

No pressure, no stares—just good vibes. Nobody’s watching, everybody’s cheering you on. Come feel confident, get playful, and unleash your inner powerhouse.
what to wear:
Shorts are much preferred but of course wear what makes you feel comfortable.
