Bonnie Dobson emerged from the same Greenwich Village scene as Bob Dylan and Paul Simon and is known for the purity of her voice and her legendary composition 'Morning Dew', covered by the Grateful Dead and Robert Plant. Jarvis Cocker tempted her out of retirement in 2007, for a show at his Meltdown at the Southbank Centre.

Riding high on a wave of acclaim, The Hanging Stars are the UK’s premier purveyors of cosmic Americana. The psychedelic cowboys’ two albums Hollow Heart and On A Golden Shore blend the folk pastoralism of the UK with wide-skied US country in a determinedly modern fashion.

Bonnie and the Hanging Stars’ album, Dreams will be released in July.

We are thrilled that this match made in heaven is playing a rare, small show at The Piper.
