Join Us for a Unique Dance and Paint Experience with Freedom Dance at the Compound! ��

We are thrilled to be collaborating with Freedom Dance to bring you an exciting Mindful Motion 3 hour session where you can let loose and dance to your favorite hits! We're adding a twist! grab yourself a paint brush find yourself a space and get creative, collaborate on a piece of art, paint yourselves or find yourself a spot on your own! it's up to you.

Weather permitted - if there's rain � we will reschedule another date.
if your all having a fab time and don't want to leave! - whilst we clear up the paint we will extend the dancing session! Sit or dance in the sun and enjoy yourself with your friends!
