Join us in celebrating all that nature gives us in Autumn and the serenity of Church in the Wood, St Leonards.
During the walk, Nadine will introduce you to mindfulness and breathing techniques to help you stay calm in those moments of stress.
We will experiment with grounding and tuning into all that nature offers us.
We will be tuning into this time of year where the trees are letting go of their leaves and we can do the same as we let go of things that no longer serve us.
Although we encourage friendly conversation, we will spend a little time in silence to appreciate all that is around us.
The walk will start at 2pm so please arrive by then at the Church and wear appropriate clothing for the weather. If you are bringing your doggies, please make sure that they are comfortable around other people and are happy with a slow stroll rather than a runaround....children are welcome but please consider their needs too and the fact that we are mostly quiet and slow.
Please bring water with you.
This walk is suitable for any ability. There are a few small inclines but we will be taking it slow and steady. We will probably walk for approx 1 hour.
