Cardio Drumming with Kat

Cardio drumming with Kat is a fun exercise class that can be done seated or standing. Movements and drumming are combined with upbeat music during the fun half hour class. Cost is $2 per person to attend.

This class meets on Mondays at 10:45 am and Thursday's at 2:15 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 (excluding holidays). This class cancels when the St. Joseph School District cancels classes due to weather related conditions. For more information, please call (816) 271-4666.
