Chair and Standing Praisercise with Tracie

Get your praise and exercise in at the same time during chair and standing praisercise with Tracie. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (with the exception of holidays) from 9:10-10:00 am at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. Cost is $4 to attend. This class cancels when the St. Joseph School District cancels school for weather related reasons. This class is best for seated, beginning, and intermediate level fitness.
