Balance and Core with Jena

Join Jena on Tuesday's and Thursday's for Balance and Core from 3:30-4:00 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. This half hour class focuses on building your core and helping you stay steady on your feet. All work is done standing with a chair or seated. Cost is $2 per session.

This class cancels when the St. Joseph School District cancels for weather related issues.
