Chair Aerobics with Jena

Join Jena for Chair Aerobics. Even though you're seated, you can get your heart rate up and your muscles moving during this awesome 30 minute class that meets every Thursday from 2:15 -2:45 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO. Cost is $2 per person to attend. This classes can be done seated or standing with the use of a chair.

Please be aware that this class cancels when the St. Joseph School District cancels school for weather related conditions.
