Paddle Canada Level 3 Training Program
Join us for a three-day skill-building experience designed exclusively for members of Paddle Newfoundland and Labrador. This program focuses on refining your paddling in challenging conditions, strengthening your leadership, and building confidence in managing incidents on the water.
What to Expect:
Personal Paddling Skills: Work on technical paddling in Level 3 conditions.
Leadership Development: Practice group leadership in Level 2 environments.
Incident Management: Explore scenarios and response strategies in Level 3 conditions.
No Pressure, Just Progress:
This is a training-focused program—not a certification course—designed to support your development without the pressure of assessment. It’s a chance to grow your Level 3 skills in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Paddler-Led Planning:
Venues for this program will be selected by the group of paddlers who register, ensuring that the learning environment fits your goals and comfort levels.
Come ready to challenge yourself, learn with others, and take your paddling to the next level!
Spaces are limited to 6 paddlers. I would require 6 to make it feasible.
