Christian Howse is a singer-songwriter from Newfoundland, Canada, who is making waves in the East Coast music scene. With the release of his fifth album, Liminal, Christian’s raw talent and dedication to his craft shine through in each song. Known for his distinctive fingerstyle guitar work and evocative lyricism, Christian continues to evolve as both an artist and a storyteller.
His earlier work has been described as a cross between Donovan Woods and Daniel Champagne, but Liminal takes a bolder, edgier approach that firmly establishes Christian as both a songwriter and a social observer. “The songs are exceptional and Christian delivers them with an earnest and quirky appeal,” says Dean Stairs, producer of the Liminal project.
Following Liminal, Christian has been teasing his next release, Break Through (due out this summer), by unveiling a series of compelling singles: “Marionette,” “The Gardener,” and “Aurora Borealis.” Each track reveals a new layer of his artistic growth and thematic depth, building anticipation for what promises to be his most dynamic project to date.
Christian’s work has been recognized with numerous accolades, including a 2018 nomination for Canadian Folk Music Young Performer of the Year, and three 2019 MusicNL nominations: Rising Star, Male Artist of the Year, and Folk/Roots Artist of the Year.

Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.
